This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) inform you of our policies and procedures regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of certain information we receive from users of our website accessible at seaton.site (the “Site”) or using service through getseat.net and any of its subdomains, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). Since we process personal data from our Merchants as well as personal data from their end users on their behalf, therefore Syngenic processes personal data as Data Processor, as defined in the Directive and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Information you provide during registration process and on each change in the system, such as your name, company name, email address, phone number, unique identifiers, geographic location and industry.
Information that we collect about your personnel
Information about your personnel collected during registration process and on each change in the system, such as login name, personal name and email address.
Information that we collect about your customers
Information about your customers collected during registration process, each change in the system and when directly from them customer when customer create reservation request using online forms. Following information about your customer are collected: Personal name, address, birthdate, phone number, email address, marketing preferences and note about the other preferences of customer.

We use the personal data we collect for or on behalf of Merchants, to provide our services and the functionality of our application. We may also use personal data for related internal purposes, including (i) To provide information about the application, such as important updates or changes to the application and security alerts (ii) To measure performance of and improve the application, and (iii) To respond to inquiries, complaints, and requests for customer support.

Legal Bases for Processing

We processes personal data as directed or permitted by the Merchant that uses our application. The Merchant is responsible for establishing a legal basis for our processing of personal data for or on behalf of the Merchant. The Merchant can withdraw the consent at any time, by de-installing the app or contacting us on info@syngenic.net as defined in "Your Data Protection Right" paragraph.

Do Not Track Disclosure
